Applications Area

This site attempts to describe the IETF Applications Area. The description is a relatively static one.

The rest of it is an informal view of things that are of concern to the Area Directors and where a public view makes sense.

This web site is maintained by current and former Area Directors in their copious spare time (that's a joke, BTW....), so suggestions for changes and clarifications will be most welcome, but will not necessarily be acted upon immediately; suggestions that contain text to put here stand a better chance than other stuff!
